The Scope has been finalized for the ZAP Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement (DGEIS). The Scope serves as the outline/description of the contents of the DGEIS. The draft Scope was released on May 22nd to the community and was reviewed formally by the City Planning Commission and the Rochester Environmental Commission.
