Rochester Environmental Commission Comment Disposition Recommendation Report Now Available!

The Rochester Environmental Commission’s Comment Disposition Recommendations Report is now available for review.

This report contains the main topic of each comment received during the comment period with a recommendation from the REC on its disposition. The City ZAP team is working on the comment responses along with the Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement (FGEIS) and final draft Code and Map. The team’s goal is to release these documents within the next couple of months.

This report reflects a tremendous amount of effort on the part of the ZAP Team, the Environmental Commission, and the community who prepared and submitted comments. We’d like to thank everyone for caring about and participating in the preparation of the new Zoning Code and Map.
