For your information, the City has posted a summary chart that compares the notification requirements of the proposed Zoning Code with the existing Zoning Code. You will see no major differences in the chart. However, there is one difference in the text for notification requirements with regard to notifying Official Neighborhood Contacts. Notification for Official Neighborhood Contacts is being changed from delivery through the US Postal Service to delivery through email. Additionally, the comparison chart also shows where some mistakes were shown in the summary chart of the proposed Code on page 19-5. Corrections are shown in red.
